PLEASE READ! It is important to us that you understand what to expect, both from us and our animals, services, and products before you commit to any purchase. If anything is unclear to you, please contact us. All deposits and payment installations are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the product, animal, or service you are purchasing (though in MOST situations we can transfer them to another product or service if you are in a pinch). LIVE ARRIVAL IS GUARANTEED, while we do reserve the right to hold an animal until suitable shipping conditions are met according to our discretion (for the safety of the animals). We have a NO RETURN policy, unless there was an error on our part in the representation of our products. All species are not legal to own in all locations, so know your state and local laws, before making a purchase. We will never knowingly ship an animal where it is not permitted by law, and in the case of purchases made online without prior contact to a location where it is not legal to own the animal being purchased, a refund will be issued MINUS a 7% restocking fee charged to cover processing costs.
